Base repair, I have a small scratch on the base, should I fix it myself or take the board to the shop? I feel pretty confident about doing it, but I wouldn't mind spend a little to get it done right.

Do you apply the all temp wax Over an already waxed board regardless? Or just use it as a quick fix?

Thanks!
I need new scrapers and brushes.

Me personally... I usually scrape the deck. Heat it up. Scrape it again. Clean it. Then apply the new coat of wax. Scrape it off. Buff it.

As for your scrape. I'd have to see how deep it is. Running PTEX can be tricky.

I'm not planning on boarding this weekend but I have some snow tires and haven't gotten a chance to use them yet. Does anyone know any good roads in the Sierra with snow still on them?

No such thing. The only ones with snow still on them are closed for the winter.

Wait a couple weeks and you'll be home free. Or Sat is suppose to get some.

Or you could give em to me and I'll break em' in propper...

Just guessing. We haven't had any snow really in 2 weeks. We're due. If it doesn't snow within a few days of the trip we may have to get creative... and or drunk.

bah.. same thing was happening before then the high pressure finally broke and we got dumped on. Soon as that pressure breaks up everything will change. The systems are there, they're just jumping us and landing on texas.

My boss has been trapped at the airport since yesterday.

Had my surgery today. I feel really crappy. Juiced up on local, general, and Vicodin. I still plan on going. If things don't work out for the better, I'll keep the beers cold and whip up some chow. I'll be the boarders ***** for the weekend.

I think you'll be up by then. Either way you cook better than me.

I forgot to check the grill last time I was up but I think it has gas.

So that's 4 of us.

Greg was talking about going. Kyle was thinking about it as well. What grill was it that didn't have any lava rock? Wasn't it the one at the cabin that had mad heat dispersion problems?

no that's mine at home. I need to clean it. Get a new tank and toss some rock in it.

I don't remember what's up with the one up there. It'll do the trick though.

Kyle and Greg are both more than welcome. I just want to get the list ironed out so we can get **** figured and start planning leave times, etc.
