Good for pow but nothing else. I'd love to get a 170 or so for big pow days.

I'd be stoked if I can hit 10 days though.

My brother works Sats though.

Hopefully get two 3 weekends in there.

Try to get close to 20 days this year. Less than I'm used to but enough to keep me happy.

March 2nd...CHECK...

Only 3 lifts open at Kirk last sunday due to wionds up to 190 MPH on the sisters..
chair 6 and 11 and 1, that's all we got all day, they opened 2 around 3, but my l;egs were shot already.
Other than that it was a great day, powder over packed compact snow, sunny, not too cold. Loved it.

we rallied 7 for an easy exit. Plus we heard it was much less crowded than the rest of the hill.

haven't done speed runs like that in a long time... haa.

you see my car? It was parked next to the stairs at 7.

winds were KICKIN. I kept watching 6 all day.

Yea, we were burning down the runs over on 7. It was fun just getting some speed and killing some wide turns.

I think I saw you leaving kirkwood Blueblurr. Did you take off around 3? Saw a blue sedan go by with what looked like a bald white dude driving as we were kicking back drinking our beer and winding down.

Hmm no I have a 06 WRX SW, at 3 I was on the 10 probably, getting my last runs, my legs were shot... I had a blast, my radio was open to catch Ray but frankly I was so stoked to ride I might not have heard you guys until I took a break at the side bar near the tubing slope around 1. rode non stop from 10to 1, then the edge work got the better of my calves.

Did a couple of more runs until 3 and stopped at 3:30, had a snack and was back here by 8 leaving at 5.

I love that kind of snow, my board was fast, I got some really nice carves on
"shotgun" that was almost empty every time. Loved it.

Waxing my board...I want more of that!

Pass the info man!
I just bought my iron, scrapes and brushes, watched tons of video on YouTube but it's the first time I do it myself.

few questions:

Base repair, I have a small scratch on the base, should I fix it myself or take the board to the shop? I feel pretty confident about doing it, but I wouldn't mind spend a little to get it done right.

Do you apply the all temp wax Over an already waxed board regardless? Or just use it as a quick fix?

Thanks!
