Ask Bo how my last IPA was

Competition Pale Ale is fermenting away while my English IPA is just finishing up... Nice to be getting my pipeline full again!

 

It was a really big IPA, one bomber was enough to get me pretty knackered

Duude...my gf and I had been wanting to try that for a while now, and we just got around to buying some today at Bevmo. It's delicious.

We also tried these last week:



The Delerium was pretty good.

Also, tried this today:

 

Odonata Saison. epic.

 

The Samuel Smith's to try is their Imperial Stout. That's the brew I would chose if I had to stick with only one beer for the rest of my life.

 

I tired it....it was ok. There's better for the money IMO. Or if you're spendy, Nogne O imperial will make you orgasm.

 

Who makes Nogne O? I couldn't find it on BevMo's search engine.

 

Nogne O is the name of the brewery. You can't get it a bevmo. Have to order or know a really high end import shop. It's not cheap though.

 

Wow-e-wow! Saison finished bone dry and just shy of 8% ABV. So much for a summer session beer

 

Just had one of those last night. It was terrible. Worst combination beer I have ever had. Had to pour out about half. I will start to call it KaKa Brown.

I got three more of those if anyone wants them?

 

I have a case of empty bottles for yous...Down to change my opinion of Saisons too.

 

I'll trade you a jacket and growler for those bottles. I'm going to let the Saison sit in the fermenter for a few more weeks and then in the keg for a couple more. Should be ready-ish in a month or so.

Very true... should probably give them a month though to work out the kinks and let the novelty rush die down.
