Oh sweet, the spirit of the 90's is alive in Portland. That's a great pub and they have amazing car-sized wood carvings all over the place to stare at when you get wasted. Plus, Rogue is right around the corner as well. Rock Bottom is waaaay fun too, and has loads of pool tables upstairs. Last time I was there it was $2 pint night and I don't remember anything after that.

Hopefully we'll have pictures to remember the events. We have all those places on our list to visit. Too bad it's going to rain the whole time. womp womp

That's really a blessing in disguise as it makes sure that you spend more time in the bars, and you take less time getting from place to place. Except for missing out on some scenery and of course the fabulous crafts at the Saturday Market, it's really a win-win.

But seriously, have a blast - I am jealous. I seriously love Portland (and was born there before it was cool).

My taste buds are craving a Sierra Summerfest. I can't wait until the release (can't remember when the release is either).

Anyways, cal, check your car over before you depart, as Jacob may be stowed away somewhere.

Call your local bevmo and check first, i have 2 near my house and they each carry different stuff due to being with seperate distributors. If yours doesnt have it, they can tell you where OR you can choose the "in-store pickup" option and it should tell you the closest place that carries it.

So I'm going to do something crazy.... My next brew is going to be a Belgian Saison! I'm excited even though I'm not a big Belgian fan. I'll see if the yeast flavors grows on me.

Tell me about it! First time I ordered an IPA (Peter B's in Monterey) I had no clue what it was and hated it.

That's because IPA is a man's beer... sissy!

I just picked up a 10.5% polish beer and a killer german beer. Yeah!

Which polish beer? Polish is my specialty lol

Try some Zyviec Porter if you can get it. It's good, I promise.
