All of them in the area? You don't have to Bragg about it though!

Russian River in Santa Rosa
Anderson Valley in Boonville
Bear Republic in Geyserville
North Coast in Ft. Bragg
Mendocino Brewing in Ukiah
Lagunitas in Petaluma

This should get you started. Listed in no particular order. All have great beer. This list can go on and on too.

Awesome list. I may have to do the same.

FYI. Bear Republic is in Healdsburg. I should know. They make my favorite beer.

Anderson Valley has a great IPA (available at Trader Joes).

Yes, only a little. And when it is worse, I die extra inside. Puns will be the death of me. Fact.

I have some of Anderson Valley's oatmeal stout in my fridge right now. Not quite a full bodied as some, but it still has a good taste to it. My favorite is their Amber, but the IPA is quite good as well. Depending on the day, my favorite IPA is another Nor Cal brew, the Racer 5 from Bear Republic. So amazing and good and well everything.

Yup, Racer 5 is top notch! Although I think Firestone-Walker's Union Jack is my favorite. I'd take it over Pliny the Elder any day.

Firestone is good, but I got sad in my heart (I am wearing a blue shirt) when you said you don't like the Elder. In fact, I had a pint tonight. But I also had some dead man rogue and some big sky moose drool as well.

I don't not like Elder, I just think it is way overhyped. It is no better than many other IPA's out there, but the brewer purposely brewing less than what can supply the demand is annoying and feeds that overhyping, and the beer is not worth the hype. I guarantee he knows that if there were a steady supply of PtE, it would NOT get the attention it currently gets.

I can understand that, and hope. It leaves more for me. Alas, everyone has different tastes. What better double or triple ipa's would you recommend then?
