Well, I didn't think I had tried Firestone Walker's Union Jack IPA, but I had already rated it on Pintly so I guess I have. Anyways, I'm going to go ahead and say it is better than PtE.

Yeah, I might as well save them from the trash. Also, I may need to borrow an extra fermenter and/or keg in the near future.

Forgot to tell you, I sent that cask up with Rob and he and Wendy have been going nuts with the brewing. Currently have two English IPA's on tap, and a Bitters. I am dying to try the bitters. My fave.. They are planning on using the same recipe again, and doing a long secondary in the cask. OH MY NOMS.
I can bring the fermenters down in either one of the two silver Saab wagons we just bought. What?

Oh damn, nice! I should just put labels on mine and bring them to you then. You would use them before I got to them.

No worries on the cask, I'm on my second batch using oak cubes in a keg, and I'm enjoying the results. I'll give you a call soon about the fermenters/kegs.
The lineup for the next two months is:
IPA (for pleasure) - Just brewed today
Saison (for an October competition) - Will brew on Thursday
Another IPA (for a September competition) - Will brew on 7/2
My Pasty American Pale Ale (for the same semptember competition) - brew on 7/7
And theeeeeeeen... Another Saison, another Pale Ale, a Dry Stout, and my "Bucket Ale" which I can't remember if you tasted last time (in February), all ready to go by my graduation at the end of Semptember.
