BTW the Tower 10 is very nice!! Thanks for the tip. I also went back for another bottle of the Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point but they didn't have anymore - all gone. Their regular IPA is good, but not like the Sculpin.
I'll give the Blonde Bock a try. That Sculpin definitely was good! Too bad its gone. I can't wait to give lagering a try in that fridge, my IIPA just went in today though, so it'll be a while before I brew again since that was a 1.085 OG brew

Anyways, next time you're back in my neck of the woods let me know ahead of time, I have some of the holiday brews for you

Just had some of this at the Crows Nest, its part of the "Lips of Faith" program New Belgium has. Not all of the beers get sold outside of the program I guess. Its DAMN good, if you can find it try it!

Fall Wild Ale

Fall Wild Ale, our mahogany-hued autumn ale spiced with schisandra, opens with the floral, earthy notes of fall itself. Schisandra berries, known as "five flavor fruit," possess a panoply of flavors . This malt-forward dubbel ale is fermented with a Trappist yeast and finishes dry and slightly sour from a touch of bretta.

Fall Wild Ale weighs in at 8.5% abv.

I'll look into it, but Belgian stuff has a 100% failure rate for me so far.

By the way, I'll soon (well, relatively soon) be able to have 20 gallons of beer on tap in the garage

I'm hoping to have the keezer done in time for my Maibock. Since the maibock has to age for months (morebeer says 6 months for their kit, other recipes say 3 to 4) that should give me plenty of time.

Wait, you mean I'm not really that witty? Blasphemy!

On a completely related note, anyone who wants to come is welcome to come to The Duke tonight around 6:30.
