Boozer is owning Pau all over the court. he had a double-double in almost the 1st qtr!? add that to the Lakers' still crappy D, KB's bricks (shooting 1/9), and Bynums 3 fouls....we should be down double-digits.

i guess that's the good news cuz as bad as they're playing, the Jazz are only up 4. if KB, Pau finally decide to show up the 2nd half, we should still have a shot at winning this one. PJ better be kicking their @$#es in that lockerroom!

Lakers deserved to lose this one. no one besides Odom showed any heart. KB was just F'ing HORRIBLE & jacked up long range bombs from everywhere even though he wasn't hitting s#it all night.
even w/all that, we still had a great shot to win, but Pau really stunk it up......bricking FTs, fumbling the ball away, and getting mandhandled all night by Boozer. how the hell do you give up double digit rebounds in the very first qtr to a guy 4+ inches shorter & on a gimpy knee??.....just awful.

and, yes, Deron killed us again....not much during the game, but D-Fish just can not stay in front of him at all. no surprise he got off that shot uncontested.

man, perfect chance to essentially end the series tonight, but, again, we deserved to lose. are we ever going to hold a double digit lead? arrgh.....

if anything, maybe this loss will slap those ***** in the face and make them realize they can't just cruise through these games. yes, we should be pounding the #8 seeded Jazz, but we're not cuz we're playing like PRETENDERS not contenders right now. they better check themselves asap or else we'll be going fishing for the summer like the other scrub teams that already are on break.

Pau has always been more of a finesse than a power player. almost all the Euro bigs play that way. but after getting owned by the Celts bigs last Finals, Pau came back a lil stronger and more aggressive this season. he did well in our games as we swept the Cavs & Celts. but i just dunno what happened to him last night. forget his turnovers and getting beat down by Boozer. all he had to do was make his dang FTs, but, instead, he bricks like 10 of them and shoots under 50%. dude is an 80% FT shooter!? if he makes just 2 more we could've tied.....3 more and we would've won!

but enough coulda, shoulda, woulda talk. we got handled and deserved to lose last night. the loss hurts, but it could turn out to be a blessing and finally wake everyone up. i hate to sound like a broken record, but they need to realize that their lackadaisical play is not going to cut it and has to stop, PRONTO! if the keep playing sloppy & unenthused ball, we won't get out of the West, let alone win the title. PJ+KB need to get the guys back to playing real Lake Show ball like they did when we put it down on the C's & the Lebrons. if we do that, we'll be back in business!

tonight we rest & regroup, but come Saturday, it's back to the trenches!

Shannon, Sasha, D-Fish hit some big shots, but we are getting F'ing blasted in the paint. we can't rebound to save our life. i don't know what the hell is wrong w/Pau, but he is playing like garbage again. Boozer is making Pau his b!tch just like last game. Pau is fumbling the ball away and throwing up weak flip shots at point blank range again too. DUNK THE FREAKIN BALL, DAMMIT!!
