This is a snell approved helmet. I bought it specifically to auto-x. Its a full face helmet. It think any road going helmet needs to be snell approved. There is or was a Honda motorcycle dealership in Milpitas, that's where I bought mine.

nice! i dont get why some autox events require only Snell approved. There's nothing to crash into, and if there is a fire there's plenty of enough people around you with fire extinguishers.

E: also do you know the shop name? A couple of friends are looking for snell approved helmets
