i have an alk already so idk if i should go bigger sways? but to finish my suspension setup i would like to have balljoints and a subframe brace

Na. Get used to what you have. Then decide if you NEED more.

I'd consider getting something up there. Getting rid of all that weight is nice. Our subframes are overkill. Lots of nice kits out there right now.

wtf is an ALK? never even heard of that lol

edit: ive usually been into the hellaflush scene but id like to get into track days and autox hence why getting smarter wheels and sways but thats about all i know

its an anti-lift kit, pretty much keeps your front end from bobbing while under acceleration and braking.

seems to be a pretty good value upgrade

Anti-Lift Kit. It replaces the bushings and fittings that connects your subframe to the body. It helps to reduce lift when accelerating a little, but mostly it corrects the geometry of the steering rack. You can have your camber set for -2. But when you are mid corner, your camber generally zero's out. The ALK will allow your car to maintain it's camber through a turn.

That's only a small part of what it does. Cause I still notice some lift and some compression. It's more to help with turn in and mid turn handling.

Yea, a 30+ pound subframe is overkill. Until you get into a head on collision.
