well if you have stiff coilovers you dont want big swaybars. Thats the reason why i went 22's was because of coilovers.

Lot of depending factors. But if you run really stiff spring rates and huge sway bars there's a good chance you'll be lifting tires when you're doing auto cross and in auto cross even though the pictures look cool that's not necessarily always a good thing. Can't get power down on corner exit.

A lot depends on your driving style and preference. I prefer a moderate spring rate for comfort... but not soft.... and huge bars. My car handles like I snowboard... when it gets loaded up correctly for a corner it launches coming out. Like a spring.

I like to think of my car as sitting on top of a giant beach ball. Shifting the wight around on the ball and using that to my advantage. Loading up and storing energy in the springs to, as you said, launch out of corners.

How you want me to get you those end links before I loose em. I might be moving soon. At which point lots of things will get lost and tossed.

Well for autox too, you want your front to bite. With having a larger rear sway, that allows the car to rotate which is great on the track where you have more room to play. But autox courses are generally narrow. That's where the ALK comes into play. Allowing your camber to stay locked in while turning.

That said, I run a 24mm bar in the rear and stock front. Hello lift off oversteer.

Yeah that's why I said Ax his an entirely different beast. An Ax car is set up differently than a street car and a track car. Much differently.

Man I wish I had an ALK. I think it's the one piece of suspension my car is really missing.

Sorry for lagging on that, I have been in the process of moving myself. I just emailed my buddy who travels from Santa Cruz to my area a lot. If he can not snag them for me this week I will head out this weekend if that works for you.

Also if the weather is nice enough who likes Disk Golf???
