There was a group buy for custom made skid plates in the classified section. Mine fit great, the vibration is bareable. Going to pick up rubber spacers.

LOL, oh crap my name is on the interwebs!

I used something like this. I actually went to home depot first and couldnt find anything that would work. Maybe I just dont know where to look there. Ace Hardware never lets me down. I grabbed some longer bolts while I was in there to compensate for the stoppers also since my original ones was to short.

Nice! I really miss the HMB ACE Hardware. I still find little bags of hardware here and there from that place. Blows HD away for little this-n-that stuff.

Just stopped by and took a look at the new STi front control arms that showed up. They come with ball joints now too. Great deal from Flatirons Tuning for I think $343 for the set.

Going on my '02 sedan, along with an ALK, Swift springs, Cusco rear sway and a couple other bushings and such. Tranny is in the car, along with the SPT short-shift linkage/new bushings, and hoping to be able to take it for a spin next week. Seriously miss it! Align/smog/reg and then I am taking a day off to just drive.

Drove to the store and back with just the downpipe on... Holy crap did I have a headache when I got home. I did love how beefy the subie sounded and you could really hear the TD04 spool nicely
