Like stick it to the floor and slowly let off? There's still a bit of play at the top of the pedal, but I reckon it's a mechanical issue fixed with adjusting offsets than the fluid. It starts feeling different and actually hydralic after you get past the play. But it's more of a 'cosmetic' issue to a point (not for looks but you get the idea), and it does engage nicer. Still wana try the clutch delay valve delete. I think that's a non-issue on your MY though.
Yea, slowly let off. Worked best using my hand so i can control it better.
This reduced the air bubbles and cloud completely.
Also saw some forums say the clutch on 08's stis are a lot softer than that of previous years. Explains why my clutch isnt as stiff as yours.
Back to topic - removed the shifter cover/tray to swap back stock short shifter for some testing

Diagnosing to check if I have a boost leak... seems when under higher RPM's in low gears 2-3 im getting a jerking movement. Could be a number of things but better start from there.

There are several ways to fix it, and some places have kits for it.
Boost Leak wouldn't or shouldn't causes jerking. You just wouldn't be able to hit peak boost.

There is a known fuel problem with the newer STIs from about 2300 - 3800 rpm or so. Causes hesitation and some jerkiness.
