So far, no boost leaks testing with some soapy water.. I took off everything to make sure everything was put on correctly from the factory. Thanks!
If it's the fuel stumble on the 08+ STI, the fix is very easy and cheap. Swing by a parts store and pick up a 3 foot length of fuel injector hose, a couple zip ties, and you're done. took me about 15 minutes. but this only applies to the STI though; i've read several times that it doesn't work on the WRX.

on another note, I'm still waiting patiently for my non resonated mid pipe to come from Nameless....taking forever.

Turned my turbo into an N/A. Wastegate actuator nipple broke off, bypassed the actuator arm to keep from being on boost all the time. Car drives and sounds, oh, different...

(New actuator came into today phew)

Stopped by to check out my car, it's getting back together now. STi control arms, ALK, springs, all in. Axles just showed up. Picked up my new (to me) exhaust (Stromung down/cat to Perrin twin-tip catback).

I will have my Vishnu turboback up for sale super cheap here in a while most likely.

Hide - what lip is that? Looks really nice. Also, looks like your grille spacer on the RH at least is not in correctly on the bottom.

Are you running the longer sedan axles up front? Are you adding a wider track in the rear also?

It's a pro drive rep from BaysonR. It's not a spacer. I'm just missing a bottom tab hahaha.

Ah, i dont know why i keep thinking you drive a wagon. I was debating running a wider track on my wagon, but not sure if i want to go through the trouble of all new axles.

I wanted those arms too on my WRX until I found out the same thing. Haven't found out if I can run them on my FXT yet, but it uses the same axles as the sedan...

No worries! If you are still using the early axles, I will have a set just sitting there. I needed new axles because my 5spd turned out to be a late gearbox that needs the "male" axles. Not sure what else is needed for your car; or how the difference in camber would be corrected (do the sedans and wagons use different knuckles or?). Mine is an '02 w/ 64k-ish miles (I think last I checked). I think you mentioned you are still using the early axles + stubs in your 6spd.

I have wondered about that setup myself, mostly about how the differences in front/rear track would affect handling. Since it is commonly known that having a wider rear track increases understeer, it would be interesting if having a wider front track would decrease it. If so, that, combined with the slightly heavier rear weight of the wagon, could be lots of fun indeed.

Might need to do some measuring to be sure. As far as I know, there are 3 basic aluminum front control arms. There are the '93-'01 which also work on '02-'07 WAGONS as long as you are using the front bushings from the later car. Then there are the stock STi units from '04-'7 STi cars, and finally there are the SPT "optional" arms that you could get as a dealer upgrade on the '02-'07 WRX. There are slight differences between the "sedan length" arms, but mostly location of the balljoint fore/aft (I believe this affect caster). The earlier arms can be identified by sway bar mounts that are at a slight angle.

My guess is the FXT would use the same ones that would work on a WRX sedan or STi, but you might have to actually install one to find out for sure.

My mechanic just texted me a pic of my car with the exhaust on. Since this is one of the last items to go on, I am getting pretty excited over here!

More thread content: I converted my Justy to "Mexican Taxi" mode by removing the front passenger seat. Dropped it off at Superior Upholstery in San Carlos to get a seam fixed.
