Swapped to a APS Twin Port BOV from the GFB Hybrid
Wet sand and polished the driver side headlight
Washed and waxed the car

The rack came off for now, I noticed how much drag these actually make when Kenley decided to have some fun on the way home last night.

Kind of a repost from the build thread but its okay

Brand new passenger one

Compared to a 10 year old and polished one

APS Twin Port

Good images of it clean with the new Prodrive rep lip addition

Did an oil change at 4000 switched from royal purple (yuck!) to amsoil 5w30 signature series thanks to Kenley..Wow what an upgrade! Less hesitation, overall smooth during the power band. I think I'll be sticking to this for life. Also pursched an oil filter from amsoil as well. Next up is gear oil and a few hoses then a stage 1 e-tune.

I may try it the next oil change and decide from there. From what I was reading both are great choices but it just depends on the application. Although I have heard Motul does run a bit more expensive but I'll see what I like next oil change and stick to it.

Theres never going to be a straight answer. Its whatever works for the car. Sure you could use UOA to determine which is better over mileage but in reality its what the car likes... In example.. royal purple works great in some WRX's apparently but in my STi it hated it so this was a huge upgrade to have everything feel good while driving.
