Yea but me and a group of friends loved Buike. I loved his defense when playing the Lakers. The ONLY Warriors to keep Kobe at bay. AND he always went for the boards to help out. Will be tracking him as he plays on another team tho.

We still have CJ at point, but i do agree that the expirings will bait some teams. i still see this team good enough to do something next year just cause the West won't be like last year with the suns, trailblazers, and the spurs. i say the Spurs just cause their team is aging. I guess i'm being too optimistic!

i loved Buike as well cause he was an all-around player that attacked and also had the three-point shoot. D'Antonios be 's system is similar to nellie's so he should be good with the Knicks
I think Riley needs to seriously start looking at trading Brandon Wright before he gets injured again.
Wright's shoulder is bruised up and sore after he took a hit in the 2nd summer league game. The coaches sat him out for today's game due to his shoulder and not wanting to have him injure it again.
Seriously, I think Riley should trade him. He's extremely injury prone with that weak shoulder and it would be better to move him now before he gets injured again during the season. Any upside that the guy has is going to be overshadowed by his durability issues.

I still can't believe the Dubs didn't pick Monroe! Anyways, it's unfortunate he got hurt cause I really wanted to see what he had to offer! B.Wright said everything is fine with his shoulder, but I think its more mentally than anything. I hope he can shale off the rust away cause he didn't look good that last outing

the warriors don't need a back up point. Or they shouldnt. CJ is not a point, he's a combo guard. Basically, he's Monta, only not as good in every way. I'd love to see him shipped out to Miami for a trade exception or something so Morrow can come back and get minutes. That way Monta and Curry start. When one needs a rest, the other stays at 1 and Morrow subs. Pick and Roll with Lee with kicks to morrow with curry in at 1. Dribble penetration with kick outs to Morrow when Monta is in at 1. Teach Morrow to run a few screen set plays ala Detroit with Ben Gordon (Monta), Chauncey Billups (Curry), and Rip Hamilton (Morrow). That way, there's minutes for everyone 35ish a piece and 15-20 for Morrow and you have different looks. Watson just doesn't have the upside or versatility to mesh. Bell comes in when you need defensive stops. I wish the warriors could have pulled off something for Childress rather than Wright, but good value in wright.

he will be missed indeed. i guess we can still root for him in the 3-point contest. He should be in there this year since he's out of the Warriors. Still can't believe the snubbed Ellis of the all-star game

i'm gunna miss Buike! Morrow will be missed fer sure, but CJ also has hit how many clutch shots? Morrow always tried to do too much while CJ knows his role on the team.

Word on the street says that Ellison and Mastrov are the final 2. On related news, San Jose Mercury posted a news report that 24 Hour Fitness is going to encounter a discrimination suit pretty soon. I hope that affects Mastrov's chances of leapfrogging Ellison in the bidding war.
