lol...
they buy it, go home then look at this thread and they get buyer's remorse... or worse.
seriously though, my one and only encounter with stevens creek was about 4 years ago, initially looking at an wrx.
i got to test drive both auto and manual versions.
i was very surprised at home the salesman allowed me to drive the car as much as i could. granted it was like a 2 mile loop.
but afterwards, it was went i got inside that i started to feel uneasy.
let's just say i never wanted to go back there again. i eventually got my wrx from albany a month later. it was so laid back experience compared...

Knowing how to use the internet, and knowing how to use it wisely are two different things. When I was getting my wagon I witnessed some poor little nipplehead getting suckered into paying $43k OTD for an STi.. yes...43..... And that was for an 04 when the 05s were due in a few days. I wasn't sure which was more sad, the hoodlums at steven's creek taking some poor kid for everything he was worth, or how unprepared the kid was and that he actually went for it. Before I brought my Israeli friend haggling with me, I was sitting at about $30K OTD.
Steven's creek seems to think good business is bending the customer over and drilling them, without even giving a courtesy reach around.

I love how he picks and chooses which posts to respond to. Ignoring all posts about near violence and yelling and focusing on paperwork related ones.
Perhaps we could have one or two i-club members outside the dealership during normal opperating hours showing them printed out stories of what happened to them at Stvens Creek and a paper with maps/directions to other dealerships.
I'd be willing to be a secret shopper to go in and look at some cars to see how the service and all is...

Wow With this many bad experiences how do they stay in business... Some of these stories have happened to me at other dealership when I hassel the price soo low they want me to add everything on... Never a fight or anything they take No the first time...
I think everyone that has had a problem should call SOA and get something going to as The Owner of Steven's Creek Subaru isn't allowed to sell Subaru products anymore...

Whenever I check this thread for the latest wrong-doing's, I keep thinking about how the internet almost destroyed "Mark Mitsubshi" by telling his story to every car board on the web. Ah, the good old days.

Holy shiznit. That's insane...but wonderful. Stevens Creek deserves the same. Hmmm wonder what to do.
Well, basiclly, we forward this tread to every car forum around. And wait for the internet to crush the, with prank calls, random ricer fly-by's, and what ever else the various boards come up with.
Good times.

Should I keep this crappy *** thread open? Perhaps sticky it and link another thread (one started by me about Stevens creek sucks, and edit the first post of this thread and add the link?), or just let it be?
