Whatever, that dealership is a crap hole either way. I don't know M4 personally but screw them as well if they had anything to do with that dealership. I am pissed because they made me and my friends drive down for nothing. Not to mention screwing me on everything from selling a car with 1 million problems to giving me a run around all the time.

 

Where are your papers with them? There had to be a contract and insurance? Are you saying you dont have them and that they dont exist? If this is case I call BS x100 on your claim. A reputable company wouldn't expose themselves to the liability of a car show without a contract explicitly stating what is expected of them and insurance to protect them from liability of people being on their property for such an event. You clearly dont know anything about how to run a business or the way large corporations operate.

Also, SCS didn't make you and your friends do anything. M4 had no affiliation with SCS. and this is the first you have said anything about any other problems aside from this alleged car show. This sounds like a 1st class load of BS to me by someone who has an unjustified problem with SCS for no particular reason other than what they have read on message boards throughout the year. You should be careful of what you say or one day you will find yourself being sued for slander/lible.

And just an FYI, I do not now, nor have I ever had any connection with SCS what-so-ever.

 

I don't know what you are even talking about. I promoted the show amongst my friends and family too and they were all excited to meet some other car people, instead I heard complains and had to buy lunch for 5 people out of pocket for dragging them all the way to the crap hole called Stevens Creek Subaru.

I have given my experience and opinion about Stevens Creek Subaru and I don't care how you try and spin it.

This is not over, by any means I have filed a complaint with BBB and contacted BAR. I posted what my opinion is and I don't care how you or anyone else spins it. Stevens Creek is a garbage dealership and no one I know will ever go there or buy anything from them.

You dont know what I am talking about because you have no idea what you are talking about. I have heard from someone I trust absolutely that SCS had almost no part in this alleged show, that it was all M4's doing.

You seem to be the only one who knows about this show, no one from any of the other subaru message boards knew about it, and if you are trying to have a show at a SUbaru dealer, you might want to advertise that on Subaru message boards. Also, FYI, no reputable business would ever agree to such a thing without expliticly written contract detailing what services are being provided, where and for how long and what their liabilities are and what type of additional insurance coverage they might need.

I would bet you made outrageous demands, complaing that things were promised to you that were never promised and when your outrageous expectations were not met you decieded to throw a hissy fit and try to crucify them on the boards. Your story has more holes than swiss cheese, you have not provided a single specific relevant fact about a person you spoke with concering any of these issues, and you seem to keep wanting to dig yourself deeper into the hole in which you are currently residing. You sound like a spoiled little brat who expected the world and when you didnt get it, you will try to ruin the reputation of others in some obsessive need to justify your behavior.

 

I guess you should think twice about who you trust? Do you really think someone from there would say that anything I'm saying is true? Then wouldn't they be stabbing their place of employment in the back? For all I know, you could be lying about knowing someone from Stevens Creek Subaru.

I guess that SCSubaru isn't a reputable business since they agreed to do it? Is your mind one tracked so you are unable to put fault on the business, darling?

Are you telling me I should trust you, an internet stranger, over a very, very close friend of mine? What Im saying is that from what I have heard SCS had very, very little to do with this. This was an M4M production and that is who backed out and didnt promote the event, your anger is misdirected. ^Looks like another hooligan jumping onto the bandwagon. IF I wanted a new car, I would have bought one. IF I wanted a used car, I would have bought one. And I did. Not ALL used Subarus are modded. Stop generalizing & go do some research. I'm sure there are plenty members here that have bought used cars that are stock.

I didn't know this issue was so hard to comprehend. Next time I'll ask a preschool teacher to re write my text as if it was meant for 4 year olds.

M4M had to fish the show out of the gutter by moving it to Stevens Creek Mitsubishi. It's not M4M's fault that the SUBARU DEALERSHIP decided to NOT accommodate for the show on the day of. The WHOLE issue here is about SCreekS LYING. Clear enough? No? Probably not.

By all means, keep this thread going. I'm surprised it hasn't been closed yet by the mods. I heard they were pretty... power hungry?... I can't find a word. I guess if you can't do it in the real world, you can do it on the internet-s. Oh dang, ban for insulting mod powers.

I am again calling BS becuase no one at SCS knew about this alleged car show. M4M dropped the ball on this one and tried to divert blame away from them to a dealer who they knew had a shady reputation once upon a time. WHAT IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT?

Apparently M4M promised the usage of the SCS lot before they had premission from SCS. They failed to draw up papers, get the necessary insurance and do the other things that go on behind the scenes of these elaborate, or in this case not so much, car shows. You cannot just show up on someones property and have a car show, it is much, much more complicated than that.
