Free beer is the best beer.

Want to go again tomorrow night?

The girlfriend is going out to dinner with some friends, so if anyone wants to go grab a couple beers...anyone? ....Bueller?

What time? I have class 6-10pm, so I can probably be there around 8:00.

Oh I had some of this tonight, pretty good. Taste similar to Harp, which is a big plus

Port Brewing Hop 15 now available at a bunch of places (in bottles and on tap).
Really good Imperial IPA. Super hoppy and dry. You can taste the alcohol but still impressively drinkable for 10% ABV.

Yeah Rock Bottom is pretty amazing I have to say, and the only chain I am such a huge fan of. I went to the one in Phoenix as it's near my grandparents place and they actually liked it - it was great too! I have been waaaaay past wasted at the Portland one a few times - that one is great and they have a bunch of pool tables upstairs and such. I am truly bummed that we won't be in walking distance from RB now, but we are only a mile from Half Moon Bay Brewing co now so that's cool - plus living somewhere I have wanted to live for a looooooong time.

What makes an afternoon and evening full of homework better? A growler of Firehouse's "Cluster Fuggle." It is either a strong APA or weak IPA, can't really tell. Either way it's not too shabby.

They also have Sammy A 24-ct variety packs, with Boston Lager, Noble Pils, a wheat beer I didn't know they made, and leftover OktoberFest (which is quite good). Also BlueMoon, Negro/Especiale Modelo combo, Sierra Torpedo (almost bought that, but I'd be knackered for the next month straight), and then the rest were crap beers.

Yeah the Lagunitas IPA case was shocking. I had one of those and a Torpedo case on my cart when we had to get out of there quick so I didn't end up getting them. Later when we moved we found a couple cases of beer we forgot we had!
