I think I'm going to be set for the holiday beers, but I'll always take some extra Sierra bottles, no rush though.

Oh, so at the Stone tour one of my friends pointed out that a post it note on a rack of aging barrels said "Something Belgian" and so I was looking for the note he was talking about. During this moment in time the tour guide was apparently asking if anyone on the tour was a home brewer. My other friend pointed to me and another friend nudged me so I looked up and the guide went "Great, you earned a free beer at the end and you weren't even paying attention!"

This one kind of sums up the nature of my SoCal trip

(Left: Oaked Arrogant Bastard, Right: Hofbrau Oktoberfest)

The ones from inside the brewery came out too blurry, I blame the low lighting

For me:

Yeungling
Delirium Tremens
Guiness
Shock top (for a hot day)

Can anyone recommend a good pub in the south bay that offers a variety of brews on tap?

BJ's has a nice belgium list. Sometimes you gotta remind the waitperson about that list.

Ok, Belgian beers include Belgian Wits (whites), dubbels, tripples (I forget if thats how you spell it), and Trappist ales.

Tonight's burgers recipe.

•1lb Good quality minced beef
•1/4 Cup Guinness draught beer
•2 Tsp Dry mustard (use English mustard for a nice kick)
•1/4 Tsp Ground ginger
•2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
•1 Tsp salt
•1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper
•2 Tbsp Butter
•1/4 Cup Spring onions, finely chopped
I forgot to get the mustard at the store, and I'm not a big fan of onions so I omitted them this time. I'll let you know how they turn out! Going to top with Provolone cheese, bacon, and some BBQ sauce too
