Not so much in the Bay Area. There are quite a few outdoor ranges, but they're often busy.

Our cabin up in Truckee is right across Highway 89 from Prosser Lake and its got a nice area where everyone goes to shoot. All park rangers are cool with it.

its funny cause im building another AR and im like ok PSA has some great deals, ill build another upper and purchase from them, literally everything has shown up for that build but the upper and barrel... makes no sense haha.

I just don't want to take a chance, as much as I'd like to order from them. I'm just gonna get the kit from Del-ton, and swap out the handguards/gas block/front sight later on.

Cow Mountain is a lot of fun.. you basically walk on spent shells covering the ground, its awesome.Last time I went up there, we went by a pawn shop in santarosa and got a big screen TV they were throwing out and shot it all to hell.
