Lets use this thread to talk about anything and everything AR-15. Lets start with Does anyone know of any shops that still have Pmag's in stock or any mags in stock for that matter. Also curious about .223's in stock. Walmart is pretty much out and I heard big 5 stopped carrying .223's.

 

No big 5 still has some .223 but the cheap metal casing ones, forgot the brand but my rifle hates that ammo

Or the 30 round rebuild kits lol, I was at big 5 the other day and they claimed to not carry any .223 anymore. I also just had to order a Del-Ton upper for one of my AR's i needed to finish up building. Midwayusa was the only person to be able to ship out an upper within a 2 week period. This whole pre-ban chaos is horrible. People are charging an arm and a leg for some .223

I ordered a left handed Stag Arms upper a week before the shooting. Glade I did cause they are now 12 months back ordered.

 

Gun show at cow palace 1/12-1/13... its gonna be even more of a madhouse than usual I'd imagine.

 

I was about to build an AR or buy a Saiga (was waiting to clear my credit card, which was done in late Nov.). Then this crap happened and you either can't get them or you they cost more than they are worth.

 

Thats what i was thinking as well, I was going to get a whole bunch of mags this time around but doesn't look like its going to happen.

 

Nice, I had 2 lowers that i was lagging on building. One is now almost complete and the other is still a stripped lower im debating on just building it for a ,22lr as ,223's will go through the roof if this ban goes through. No sense in having 3 .223 AR's in the house.

 

Stuff is crazy right now in the AR world.. i went to my local shop and bput every last box of ammo they had a few days after the shooting (there was only 19 left). Called another shop i know to be always stocked with bulk 1000 round boxes in Manteca, they told me that in 4 days they sold over 35k rounds, and 28 ar's and they were out of everything.. insane

Im just glad i got my Daniel Defense before all the ish hit the fan!
