Their service dept is not good, the service people are extremely rude and don't know what they are talking about. I asked the service manager if they would allow catback exhausts and still honor the powertrain warranty. He said no because there are sensors in the exhaust that would give you a cel. We all know that is bs...I never went back after talking to him. On the other hand I bought my car from them and I liked the salesman, and he gave me a good deal. btw...don't try and order oem oil filters from them b/c they charge around $20 a piece.

yea like we bought 2 wrx's from them and it was cool, but then my bro tried to get an sti like 6 months ago and he wouldn't go lower than 33.5 being a punk ***, and when we went back a month ago he tried to say how that was bs and he was giving us a great deal and was only charging 500 up from invoice then, which is bull****. But im about to get an sti so i'm just going to go to carlsen.

I agree with the service though, they do not know how to drive customers cars.
