Warning Do Not Go To Diablo Subaru!!!
So i take my car in and they have a tech drive it without me of course, when i pick it up they act like everything is cool, and on the ride home i hear a clunking, i check my trunk and their ****ing service piece of **** guy drove my car so goddamn hard the sub and it's mounts ripped out. The mounts were perfect before this visit and i had no problems so he was obviously beating on my car hard. When talking to them on the phone they gave me the run around and b/s about how I need to bring it back in blah blah, i won't let those cockscukers touch my car again. Don't ever buy from them or visit their service department they are all scheeming punks kids.
Bs
That's seriously BS that they beat on your car like that, but what did you expect them to say other than bring it back in. Didja think they were going to just cut you a check based purely on your assertion that they damaged your car? For all they know, YOU might just be the punk kid trying to make a buck for something that never even happened.
My vote, bring it back in, show them what they did, and make them make it right.

With my limited experience with dealers, they are extremely rough with cars, and if they have mods done to them, they want to see how fast they are, I had one do the same, but I was in the car so I told him to stop the car and get out, we switched places I drove him calmly back to the dealership and I lined him and his supervisor up and reamed them both, then went to the general manager and explained the situation. All in all I will never go back to a dealership for anything besides parts.

Well I can't say much for their service. Team I really didn't like them that much when i had my service done with them. I can however speak very highly of their sales team. Top notch. I think I would go back to them any day to buy a car but to get service I think I would look elsewhere.

i made the mistake of letting diablo do a simple oil change. the next oil change i did myself and found the drain plug torqued off the scale. i had to brace my leg on the front tire to get enough leverage to remove it. maybe a minor error to some, but i'll never go back for service.
hate to knock 'em
I hate to say it, but what kind of a name is Diablo Subaru anyway. When I've got enough $$ to buy a Subie store, I'm thinking Lucifer Subaru. Whadda you guys think. It kinda builds trust, has a nice ring to it.

naming of things
Just because someone else gave a landmark a questionable name doesn't mean you have to be stupid enough to repeat it.
if I built a dealership next to "Broken Gorge". I sure as heck wouldn't be dumb enough to call it "Broken Subaru".
Your honor. The prosecution rests.

Don't be silly.
A lot of businesses will be named after a local landmark or theme. And you'd be surprised, there may be a "Broken Gorge <company>" out there somewhere...

I actually like the name "Diablo Subaru." It makes the dealership sound like it is a part of the community. Mount Diablo is a well known landmark in the bay area and it makes sense to name a business after it. I don't think many people in the bay really think it is a funny name or relate the business to the devil.

Yeah the name is fine, too bad their service department is so soooo terrible it ruins the whole place, and their sales can be good but they can be full of **** too.
