your body will get used to almost any supplement you take, thats why you take it in cycles.. NO xplod, nitrix, and most other BSN products you do 12 weeks on 4 weeks off

He should take two 2.5 H4 blocks and make a 3.75 H6 like they did with the Boss mustang.

This was on the SB 5 Laguna exit so it also has the long sweeping left turn. Maybe that made things worse.

I've been on NO XPLODE for maybe a month so far. So 4 more months then cycle it off I guess. I gotta look at their site and readup a bit. I'm trying to wait until GNC or Vitamin world has it on sale since Vitamin world was $60 I think and I bought it there before for like $35! Only downside is that you think it tastes okay at first then you get used to it and tastes kinda nasty lol.

Flat bench - 255lb
Decline - 90
Incline - 120
Military - 90
Curls - 40
Shrugs - 120 (1x60lb each hand)
For the Incline and Decline I generally use the bench and use dumbbells rather than the free weight machine.
Today is chest and arm work
