For the Incline and Decline I generally use the bench and use dumbbells rather than the free weight machine.

Today is chest and arm work
I don't know what my maxes are, but I can lift the corner of the huge weight machine in our weightroom 3-4" which is loaded with 800+ lbs of weights. <--- subysteel crush you like bug

For the Incline and Decline I generally use the bench and use dumbbells rather than the free weight machine.

Today is chest and arm work

Flat Bench - 125(I started at 75)

Decline Bench - 125(same as above)

Incline - 45 lb each dumbell(start at 55lbs on the bar bench)

Military- 45lb dumbells(started at 30lbs)

Curls - 25lb dumbells 80lbs on the pull up machine with the bar(started at 17.5)

Shrugs - 55-60 lbs each hand(started at 25)

Shoulders - 30 lbs(lifting directly infront of you straight arms)(started with 15's)

Lower Back lifts - 50 lbs(plate and a 5 lb) leaning over that thing... or 200lbs on the machine(started with 20's)

Lat Pull down - 120lbs (started with 80)

BTW, on all these weights I do 4 sets of 8... None of them are maxes

I have gained 30+ lbs now with what i have been doing 40+lbs on flat bench, 40+ lbs on decilne 20+ on dumbell military press... 20+ lbs on dumbell incline, 10+ lbs on curls 40+ lbs on shrugs... Shall i continue? haha I must be doing something right, it's not like im taking roids or anything the only supplement im taking is multivitamins and protein/creatine
What are your goals for doing the mass weight gain and taking supplements? Are you going to compete? Do you have a job that requires more muscle mass? Trying to look sexy for the ladies/gents? Or simply want better health? If you are going for the latter, then you don't need all those supplements, I used to be on a ski team/ was a ski instructor (and I was ski captain!!! I'm so cool!!!), we never did supplements when we did weight training, nor multivitamins, just ate healthy and lifted weights and excercised, and we won all the trophies. My point is, taking weight gainers and supplements is the easy way to do it, try it the other way, challenge yourself to discpline your diet and eating habits and you'll be a happier, healther, bigger, stronger person in the end.

see im doing a combination of both... I am eating ALOTTTT healthier, hell i have a liter water infront of me right now, normally it would have been a soda... I am basically just trying to look good with a shirt off this summer, and while i might not need the supplements I am trying to get to my goal as fast as possible without taking roids... then just maintain it and be happy
