I'm trying to find something to help me with definition really. I've built enough muscle to where I want, but just need to be defined

I know. That's one of the things I've been worried about taking these things. It sucks that alot of things give you heart disease, liver disease, shrivled manhood over time. I try to find a product I like and research the hell out of it to see what the side effects are.

Why would one ever take supplements anyways? I lift big rocks to work my muscles and break them with my bare feet, geologists laugh at these feeble attempts by lesser mortals and their gyms and supplements, hahahaha.

Sounds like a prisoner who received 'hard labor' duty 100 years ago.
