how do you like that NO Xplode, I wanted to stay away from it because of the increased heart rate that it gives you but it supposidly works great... I am going after work today to buy some more of my **** since I was a retard and forgot to order it online before I was out, so now i get to spend an extra 30 bucks or so buying it from a store because I can't go a week without my ****!
Yea seriously..stupid sissy la la

I like the NO Xplode quite a bit actually. You of course have to not eat 2hrs prior to using it and when drinking it wait 30min before you start the workout. It usually gives me quite a bit of energy plus the caffine in it is great too. I definently have noticed an improvement when lifting. I kinda would struggle a little to do 3 255lb lifts before but now I can do it easily. If you're serious about it and worried about the heart rate increase contact your DR and see what he says. I personally haven't experienced an increase in heart rate or any irregularities. I say go for it

40? That's nothing, it was 21 here the other night. Go git yur self a jamba juice or something.

Don't waste your money on all those supplements either, most of them are snake oil or do the exact same thing as thier competitors, but with exagerrated claims.

GNC doesn't have cellmass, nor the protein I use... i still have yet to stack them on top of each other, when i ran outa protein my creatine came in... LOL, so I should see more gains when i'm actually doing both! stoked

meh i have been reading up on NO-Explode on bodybuilding.com forums... it's basically just one big giant caffeine pill with 1g of caffeine and then some creatine in it... the biggest advantage it does give you is it makes your veins diolate so it helps get creatine to your muscles more. that's the only reason I could ever see taking it, other then that you can just take caffeine pills and get the same feeling for an assload cheaper... I think im gunna try to actually do a protein/creatine stack and see if I can get up to 175+ with that combo, if I can get close to 180 with this cycle of creatine/protein i'm gunna be so damn happy i'll **** myself

I'm debating if I'd like to keep taking it or not. I've seen a little bit of improvement from it but nothing really spectacular. I don't get quite the energy kick from it I used to get. Maybe my body got too used to the caffine or something? It seems that my body adapts to that kinda stuff quick I guess.
Maybe I'll take a look around and see whats available. I do like my Whey from Precision Engineered though

I got cellmass from the GNC here at school. I've noticed it helping a lot in defining the muscle more.
