LOL, Me too.
I can see it all done in my head, just takes some time to get it actually done.

Went to do the corner balancing, but it was just about perfect the way I had it setup. ride height was all less than an 1/8" difference across the corners. Cross weight was 50.8% and front to rear was 61/39 F/R - Total weight 2697 lbs w/o driver and a full tank of gas (about 100 lbs of fuel), 2925 w/ driver (need to lose some weight! ) So I'm very pleased. Installed the Kartboy rear shifter bushing and the JIC Ti catback, sounds much better now.
Going for emissions in the morning, one step closer to a legal street monster! Gave it about half throttle to see how she pulls, Damn thing thing is a whole different beast than my last sedan, it feels like a monster, can't wait to get it tuned and see what it can do at the track!
The body is all painted, cleared, and wetsanded, getting polished Wed. Night. Both rear bumpers, front 22B vents, and hood scoop are getting painted this weekend. Still need to decide on what sideskirts to run, thinking something like the Zerosports pieces, I should be ordering them in a couple weeks once I go through all my options.

hot wife... car is looking sick!

i am down for painted cf doors though... its too close to the color of the car. on a white or blue car cf doors could look good unpainted.

Looks hella nice. I can't wait to install my next thing on my car. Too bad it has to wait until after the next two events.

I was talking to a friend a few nights back and every time we think about how much time and money we would have to drop into our L's to just get it swapped is just overwhelming. Not to mention that I would also have to convert my 4EAT to a MT. Kind of felt like I just wanted to call it quits in even trying. But after seeing this, it has motivated me to continue going on. Not sure how I'll do my swap, but I am going to try my best to get it done.

I would have to agree with Steven. I think the painted door would give it a more complete look. I really love the color you chose. I just kind of think that the color of the door takes away from it. Either way, awesome project.

I really would hate to mess up the doors trying to paint them. can't go back once you start, and it would be a huge PITA to get the doors smooth and flat for paint and meet my standards. It was quite pricey and time consuming to get the doors together (over $2k all said and done with seals, manual reg., etc. ), and I don't think I've seen anyone else with them so until then, they make me unique. I still have to figure out door cards, and some other smaller stuff. Now I have to get new side skirts (probably from Japan) So that's going to eat a good chunk of change. There's a few things I may have done differently, but I can change them later, I'm more interested in make progress than fixing little things that are not 100%, I can worry about the small details later.

I chose the color for that reason, because it WAS close to the CF. At certain angles and lighting, you can barely see a difference. i'm not a huge fan of CF panels, due to their "Ricer" association, but They're functional and serve a purpose, so I don't care too much about it.

I think I can make them work.

So the shell is all polished and waxed, looks awesome, I'll get some new pictures in the daytime. door handles, JDM rear plate holder, and JDM rear bumper should be painted on Mon.
I'm going to have to get a new Alternator, mines' toast.

I waxed it last night, paint is awesome! Should be getting the vents, scoop, door handles (getting painted black), JDM rear plate bracket and rear bumper painted on Monday. The front bumper also still needs to be polished and buffed. The JDM bumper fits perfect with the exhaust, I just have to figure out how to mount the rear plate lights, there's no mounting points on the JDM bumper. Took a couple quick pictures of the interior, still needs to be cleaned a little more. going to install window trim and wipers after I get the rear bumper on. Should be close to inspection status by the end of next weekend, If I can get an alternator (hope that fixes voltage issues), and get the horn working.

Can't barely see anything, I think they might be for RHD. but they're more aerodynamic and lighter, so I like them! I have another lightweight rear view mirror for the interior I have to make a bracket for that should be helpful. It's a PITA to look over your shoulder to back up with 3" harnesses on!
