Ok.

I hope it stops raining by then. It's still raining hard here at 6:20. We had some huge downpours during the night.

It's not raining here and blue skies are out. No rain predicted all day.

FYI - if you're planning on riding FDLT this week, there is going to be some pretty heavy trail work going on between lower and upper lot (south side). They're going to have an excavator out there, be moving a lot of dirt, etc.

The FATRAC Try the Divide thing is this Saturday. You guys want to ride up from somewhere and meet them?

Yeah that would be cool. Is Bert gonna be up there this week?

So looking at the FATRAC page -

The last time we rode Try The Divide, on 9/20, the ride started at 8:30. We started at 7:30 from Connector trailhead. This week the ride starts at 10, so we should start at 9, yes?

Any desire to start at confluence at 8:15 (meet time at 8 for setup)?

Bert is going to be there. I hate to be a wimp, but when it's cooler I tend not to ride as far. So starting at the Confluence might be more fun than I can stand. I would rather start at the Connector and ride up like we did before. When we didn't do Bert's short cut, I think it was something like 26 miles. That should be plenty.

9:00 should be ok. Maybe a few minutes earlier so we don't have ride race pace.

OK sounds good. I may still ride up from the confluence, but I'll probably decide that when I wake up in the AM on Saturday . I'll see how long it usually takes me to get to the connector trailhead and time my start time appropriately.

I'll email Lance (non-lowball Lance) and Kevin, though I think Kevin said he was busy this weekend.

I'm putting on some nice pounds with all this non-riding and beer drinking. I'll be a game-day decision as I'll be out late on Friday night and I'm not sure how I'll feel come Saturday.

I would most likely just meet at the top with the rest of the fatrac crew. That would give me extra time to sleep off the hangy.

Hmmmm. Let see. The last guy that rode with a hangover was Joe. That was worth a trip to the ER. Less booze more riding would be my choice.

Matt, I'll see you at the Connector.

I was pretty hungover that morning too. I'm just more awesome than Joe (well, I'm a better alcoholic)

I'm looking forward to the ride also.

You will probably taste that hotdog all day tomorrow.
