SOB... I changed the hardware from one to another. Saved about $800 so far. I'll source the handles somewhere else. That should save me about $200.

I also got word back that my sink was about as expensive as it gets and the style of cut I chose for the counter is the second most expensive option. Yeah! See if I can't choose a cheaper sink.
For real. House stuff just itself is expensive. Replaced all 9 interior door ***** in the house. Had to compromise, the ones I wanted were $33 a piece with locks and $31 for closets. Switched to a lessor one that's $20 a piece. saved myself $100. Hell I could have bought 2 upper cabinets unfinished or in white for the laundry room, but instead decided to do the work ourselves and sand them and paint since its cheaper. It just means the project is gonna take a little longer than it should but it's fine.

I now know what I'm getting into when I decide I want refinish the kitchen cabinets. Although I may rent a sprayer for that.

Are you sure you have a catted uppipe? Dumb question but figured I'd ask. The STi uppipe gets rid of the cat which improves spool.
