i thought lowest stock was around 230-240?

Some of the new 11+ sti's on ed's software/dyno were barely makin above 200whp...horrible stock tunes

Seriously dude... you don't need one.

I got my car tuned at that little shop right next to my office... next to El Charrito.

My car was out there idling for like 45 minutes man. But he does do a very thorough job of looking for the proper smog equipment and/or stickers. But I passed with my SPT intake, my 3 inch perrin exhaust, etc.

Axle back doesn't mean anything unless you got sent to the ref. If it's just a smog shop they don't give two ****s about what exhaust you have on there as long as it has a cat and the o2 sensor is functioning.
