stock or upgrade?
I was doing some work on my 99 Rs and noticed that I had braided steel brake lines and the blue spt springs. I didn't think anything of it until I saw that these were available on the Subaru website. Do they come stock or did the previous owner have them installed? I've actually had a few Subaru sales people ask me if I lowered the car. So I'm thinking they might be upgraded.
Not sure about the springs though

I have blue springs on my car. They are 5 Zeigen lowering springs. I'm sure if you clean them up a little they will have the name on there somewhere. Most likely if you can fit more then 3 fingers from the tire to the fender then they aren't lowing springs. Check out the shocks too...see if they changed them. The stockers are just black.
