Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

That should be normal. I'm using 6k HID brightstar , and the middle of the beam is a bit yellow only if it's shining close to a wall or obstacle.

hey guys.. just to let you all know,.. i installed my Drive By Wire Throttle body spacer. So far, so good... throttle response is great. But i'm still leaving my impression that i'm getting the placebo effect. What i do notice is that i press the gas pedal real light and its moving smooth... if not,.. smoother. idk..

what i'm focusing is on my mpg. i regularly get 230-250 mile per full tank. i have driven 40 miles before installation. So i'm shooting for another 200 miles without filling up again.

i'll post pics tomorrow.. so right now, i just have a HKS super hybrid drop in filter, a hole in my airbox (before the filter of course) and the spacer. thats all..

it's safer to take it off. you can get it cleaner when you take it off. you hose it off spray this oil stuff on it and let it dry. i think. some people blow air through them too but the problem with that is it loosens up the cotton or whatever the filter is made of and can suck something up that you dont want.

if a mod makes such a small difference that you arn't sure if it is working, its not worth the money... my 2 cents
