Cobb's downpipe is of excellent quality and is worth the
extra coin.Also it fits like a glove too.

i have all HKS up/dp hi power tbe ....sounds awesome!!! grrrrumble....one con with DP not bellmouth ......also your gonna have to fix a CEL code pe420 or something (catylist eficiency threshold below normal)
