Finally, our tiny turbos and cast internals are under warranty. Open your hood and sneeze while pouring in washer fluid, and Mitsu will void your warranty in a snap. God forbid you drive past an SCCA event with your car. That's the end for certain.
Ok there only covered if you leave them stock im sorry you guys have to strip downthe mods on your cars so you can get some one else to pay for them people like you make it bad on people who buy cars and have realy problems not cause from mods or racing stop screwing them and get better jobs so you can pay for your own repairs and then the warranty wont bother you like it doesnt me. that goes for any car take responcablity for your own actions.

Face it, MMSA is in dire financial straights and is looking for every possible way to rip off the people who already paid for their cars.
And if you put so much stock in the word in EvoM, how about the poll of people who say they would never buy another Mitsu, including their Evo, if they could do it over? Doesn't speak well for Mitsubishi quality, does it? The warranty matters to those of us who can actually form coherent sentences that are not run-ons because it is the manufacturer's assurance of the quality of their work, and we PAID for it along with the car. It should not be voided for terms not mentioned in the warranty contract. THAT IS ILLEGAL, CRIMINAL, and SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. But I guess since you are so focused on proving everyone who prefers their Subaru (including most of us who readily admit the Evo is a better car when you look at the vehicle only) wrong, you wouldnt bother to apply common sense or logic, would you?
While I'm taking 'responcablity' for my alleged actions, can you take responsibility for going back to high school, or at least using the revenue from your 'better job' to buy a word processor with a spell-check function?
EDIT: Oh, and the rust comment? Didn't catch the threads on EvoM about bumpers rusting even while the cars were still ON the dealer's lot?

thats cool atleast i will never have to worry about a neon beating my evo stock to stock hahaha. i take care of my car and if i break something racing i pay for it.

Why dont you (EVO) just post everything under one reply? Are you trying to make your post #'s greater by awnsering each question individually? The reason that we got subies instead of F-bodys or Mustangs is the same reason you got an EVO instead of a Z06 (which is faster and handles better than both cars in this discussion).

haha famous ricer quote if i bought a car for 500 bucks and put the price of a wrx in it mine was 24k when i bough it would rape your wrx. and so on and so on. an 04 srt cost less then ur wrx and beats you with no mods hahaha. i bought my srt for 19500 and it came with sun roof and kicker system and viper seats. pics are on srt forums i think the thread EVO vs 04 SRT-4. you can bad mouth the srt all you like it still faster then a wrx in the 1/4 with fwd and it handles ok.
