Best bet, dedicated audio receiver or a nice sound card.

There are a variety of ways to go about it depending on your budget.

Another issue is With the mix amp, you are gonna need to plug the usb port into each console each time you switch it. I don't know if using a USB splitter will work.

Edit: is this the mix amp that you have? http://gstylemag.com/wp-content/uplo...onnections.jpg

I havent bought anything other than the headphones yet. Trying to plan it out so I dont have a bunch of random crap.

I am trying to simplify and take up as little desk space as possible.

i dont want to have to turn on the computer to play ps3/4

and just cant switch what I want on teh fly, no hot swap?

This might work for you, you can plug your PC into it via USB, and you still have RCA in optical in and coaxial in, and you won't need to turn on your computer.

You can even use it together with the mix amp or an affordable yet good fiio headphone amp if you want.

FiiO
I have my headphones going out USB on my computer now.

The microphone is the part that screws this up, I could just get an optical switch and be done with it by now.

Get a cubby hole shelf next to your desk and keep all your audio equipment there to organize your desk.

That or die by wire tangle.

May have already been said... But I don't understand the people that use them at the gym. So, you're telling me that you paid $200+ to sweat in your headphones?

Exactly. That's the only reason you buy them. It sure isn't because you like quality sound.
