Thanks. Believe it or not, I plati-dipped them: blaze yellow on top of a white base-coat and a few coats of metalizer. (reason I dipped them is because I wasn't sure I'd want them permanently) But since I'm digging them, I might do a powered coat when this wears off!
Nice! I still haven't put it on =/ I really want to, but at the same time am looking for a commuter. Trying to pick that up before slapping on the last items, including your awesome work!

But seriously, carpet cleaning van, and it was going for a bit and then someone saw sparks/smoke around the center console. When they got back out to the van it already time to grab hot-dogs and sticks. The reason it went so nuts was because the pump housing or some vital piece was made from magnesium, and the water tank ruptured inside next to it after it caught. Someone said the fireball blew the windshield out.
Neighbor's Outbake did not fare so well:

Fire plus magnesium plus water equals kabewm. My guess is a bad accessory system install, as someone mentioned the van was brand new and this was the first trip. Of course I do not actually know what caused the fire.
Nahhh.

Topped off rear diff (slow leak out pinion seal...sigh); put in a tranny cocktail to go along with the new mod'ed tranny mount from last week. Rear diff bushings next...

Cracked open that touch up bottle from Heedz and found out it matched my factory paint perfectly and works 10x's better then that manufacturer crap. Well worth the collectible Koyo Cups traded.
I now have a migraine and am buzzed off my *** from it too. Japanese lacquer, who knew?
So I guess that's 2 "Thank You's" I owe ya man?

Leo came over this weekend and we tore into my 100k mile maintenance.
New mishimoto hoses radiator and ancillary + the two hoses we couldnt find first actually go to the power steering reservior.
New timing belt, waterpump, t stat, gaskets, oil seals, crank seal, timing components, accessory belts, radiator and coolant.
Oh and new spark plugs since they had to come out anyways.

I think it was about time for the coolant and hoses lol.
