Just remove the turbo all together.. You really don't need it, and bolt on some carbs..

Look, since everyone is giving you a hard time and you're adding fuel to the flame, I'm going to keep it simple. Get larger injectors (1300's), a larger TMIC, new turbo inlet, full 3" catless TBE, up pipe, a larger turbo. something like a 20G turbo and a tune by your preferred/local tuner and see where the car gets. It's pretty basic and you'd get close to your goal. Then ask your tuner what he/she would recommend for achieving your goals. It's gonna cost you $, but if you're tuning the car, that's a given. Get all your parts together and get it done at once that way you don't have to get a tune after every part you add.

Some sand in the engine will clean out all of those carbon deposits.

And @Asoka yeah it does.

Or you can 4G63 swap. Those handle 30psi stock. Well a friend has 40. Maybe you can try that. I'm not kidding BTW.

Yeah the 4G63 engine is actually quite ridiculous in what it can handle... Not the most dependable engine. I used to have a 98 talon and it gave me tons of issues.

I think that engine still holds the record for being the highest power to displacement ratio in a production engine (There was a Mitsu sold in the UK with 400+hp stock out of a 4G63)
