Any skiiers have experience with Volkl Karmas? I'm about to pick up a used-once set of 2007s in a 185 for sort of an every day ski (also have a short set of Volkl 5-stars as backup). I'm a little concerned on the length (I'm 5'11", 170) but I hear the twin-tips make them feel quite a bit shorter. Anyway, its a long shot but you never know.

Going off last season's sales, it does get really crowded. But you should still be able to find some good stuff. I've never gotten there the time it opened or before and still scored some good deals. Just depends on what your going there for.

In case some of y'all were thinking of getting the Tahoe Card, you have an hour to get it for only $60, which is 50% off.
It comes w/ several comp lift tix, a comp ticket to the snow expo (which gives you a couple more comp lift tix, too), 2 free weeknites @ the Grand Sierra in Reno & much, much more.
I get the card every season as it's been one of the ways that my avg. lift ticket runs me around $30. Not bad for 10+ days while hitting up at least a half dozen resorts, eh?
