sign up for a quarter system college. they start at the end of the month. register for two or three classes (enough for satisfy the resorts credit requirement for getting the discount). print out the page showing you are registered for the classes then just drop the classes. you shouldnt have to pay anything.
I'm in need a of a new board. I really like the Travis Rice Lib Tech boards.
Check out the Lib Tech Skunk Ape. It's a wide board. Matt rides one and loves it.

and as much as I loved the convenience and terrain park selection at N* the last 3 seasons, I HATE HEAVENLY, and therefore will most likely be giving this 3xThreat a chance! Aside from the abundance of fruit bootin crickets at homewood, ive been pleasantly surprised with the terrain, Alpine has me wanting to chuck myself off the cornices on a good POW day, and Kirkwood was always fun with my pass about 4 years ago...

Should all come down to your style riding. Wide boards are a lot more common nowadays from good companies so it all comes down to if you want a park board, all-mountain, or backcountry type board. I unfortunately don't ride wide boards so can't really help on personal recommendations lol

no Stevie, I know exactly what Bens talking about. get off Zephyr and head straight for the back left corner of that little lodge and drop in. its a great untouched tree run that eventually meets up with drifter to the backside. Been back there plenty of times!

Very true. There are wide boards that go edge to edge faster than some thinner boards. It's more about your riding style and board preference.... and your needs.
With that boot size I don't think you need an uber wide board. I wear 11's and I ride pretty standard boards. I am more concerned about edge cut, construction, camber and just how lively the board feels than I am about width.
I'd recommend picking up some riser plates if you really want a board that's not super wide. 3 guys I ride with use them and we all live and die by them. I won't ride without them anymore. It gives you a little angle over the edges. Gives you more board options and gives you an option for more cushion... which I need. I'm fat and I have a bum knee.

I still don't know about that board as an all around board. The travis rice boards are way better for all mountain smashing. The skate is fun for jibbing around and stuff but I wouldn't want to be on one for a groomer smash day, ice day or slush day. Hell... even a true powder day.
