At the Sierra/N* booth, I also remember seeing the DoubleWhammy passes were back down to the early pre-season pricepoints.

But yeah, it would be nice to hear straight from them, esp. if there is an even deeper discount to be had. Good luck.
But I think that year we went Bear was charging mountain prices. Cause once the expo happened, they put the price up which was the 3rd increase. So they give you the 2nd price increase. Instead of the cheap April prices.

She told me they did a deal that they were selling it at the summer rate at the show even though it had kicked in to full price. So it was a $60 discount essentially. This year they don't plan on doing that if they go at all. So I picked it up at the summer rate which is a LOT more than the spring rate. No way I'm missing the spring rate next year.

They really need to implement a discount for current pass holders. For new holders you buy a pass in the spring and you finish out the year. It's not hard to actually pay it off before spring is over. You essentially right the next year for free. Then you have to pay for another one in spring or you miss out. So you are technically holding 2 passes at once.

I think if you're a season pass holder that spring rate should be extended in to the summer.

Hey, fellow shreadheads & powderhounds!

Just dropping a last-minute reminder on another discount deadline...
TODAY is the last day for the 1/2 off coupon code on tix to next month's TWO SnowBomb Ski & SnowBEERd Festivals.

To purchase tix for the SF SnowFest, click this link... http://snowbombsf-eorg.eventbrite.com/

To purchase tix for the Santa Clara SnowFest, click this link... http://snowbombsv-eorg.eventbrite.com/

Be sure to click "Enter Discount Code" above the 'Order Now' button first. Then type in "SnowBomb" & click 'Apply Discount' to get your admission ticket & beer-tasting for ONLY $20!!!

Finally, a PSA on safe motoring...
Be careful on the roads early next week as it will be the 1st significant rain of the season. All that several months' worth of oil on the roadways will be coming up making for some slick conditions!

Would it be cheaper or better to just get the snowbomb ticket and the free entry for $70?

While the Tahoe Card does come w/ the SnowFest ticket, it is for ONLY general admittance. Assuming they'll stick w/ the same day-of pricing deal as the last couple years, you'll need to pay for the $20 beer-tasting upgrade.

That said, I actually got both... the Tahoe card for $60 as well as the FULL SnowFest ticket for $20 (which is 50% off). I'll be going to the Fort Mason one w/ my homies to get my drink on, then I'll use the Tahoe Card freebie the following wknd in Sta Clara when I bring my 18-yr-old nephew.

I think paying the $20 now (if the discount code is still in effect) is better b/c you'll get twice as many of the SnowFest comps. Remember, entrance tix (whether full or gen. adm.) get you those lift ticket vouchers.

Just ordered my ticket for the Santa Clara SnowFest w/ beer tasting upgrade. Apparently the discount code is still working as of now.

Negative, Ghost Rider. The pattern is full.

Not sure where ya got that info but the land btwn the 2 resorts is privately owned. The guy's name escapes me, but whoever it is who has the deed to that ~400 acres is about to GET PAID!

Never been to Alpine or Squaw. I was gonna get the Heavenly/Northstar season pass, but now that the Alpine/Squaw pass is available I'm not sure what to do. Decisions, Decisions.
