The way the forecast is shaping up, we may have to be patient.
I'm no meteorologist, pyschic, etc., but I have a strong feeling that the amount of snowfall & strength of winds on Tues & Wed will mean limited lift ops or possible closure on Wed and/or Thur. And don't call me a jinx.
I got my sights set on powder-hunting on Fri.

The pow is back in a huge way! Sierra was sick today with waist deep turns. My buddy at kirkwood said it was dumping 3"/hour!
I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to plow my road until I said F it and blasted the tundra through it.
Epic day!

Nice pickle. lol
So I tried magne-traction. The grip was unbelievable. I was barely landing stuff on the slippery hard stuff but with magne-traction I was able to stick everything with no issues at all. It was crazy.

I was looking to ride Sierra on Fri w/ hopes that the maelstrom would have died down significantly. But tomorrow & Fri's forecasts now call for way more snow & a bit more wind than was predicted only a few days ago. I just talked to my buddy (Triple Whammy passholder) & he's gonna find out fr a couple other peeps (I know at least one has the Triple Whammy, too.) by tomorrow afternoon.
