I would just look at the label on the drivers side B piller, add 3PSI to the front, 2PSI to the rear over what subaru recommends.

We're leaving at around 3pm - maybe a bit earlier.
Re: tires pressure: I've been running 5 to 10 psi over Subaru's tire pressures on RE92's.. so for me, that's 42 front, 38 rear.. but I'm not carrying heavy loads.
Weather forecast for Saturday:
Sunny, 45 degrees high, 14(!) degrees low

Hey Nick, Jeromey and I made it back OK, and in 4.5 hours.
That was a fun stage though. Needless to say, I was very happy getting to run it on the way out.
I want to go back out there and drive all 8 stages.

It only took me 3 1/4 hours to get home today and I clocked 400 miles between fill-ups!
I had a really good time on Saturday. We had a great crew and a lot of laughs. I got to hang out with old friends and make new friends. I'm sure we'll be back.

We just got back from the stages!
So we met up with Pete at the awards ceremony breakfast and he gave us his copy of the route instructions and Jemba-style notes (thanks, Pete!!). We went out and drove all of stage 1 and 2 (including over the hills) using the RI's, drove 1 again using the Jembas, then doubled back using stage 6 (which is stage 1 reversed).
So we got there around 12:30, estimated out the start and finish points based on mileage and our stage 1 encampment and tried our hands on the full loop course (stages 1 and 2).
Stage 1 with the RIs was incredible -- lots of washes, dips, crests and towards the end, straights and high speed turns. Sand patches here and there.. the washes were a challenge because the road got really crooked both sideways and vertically in there. Tricky turns after crests -- a co-driver would be a must to go fast. Great handbrake-turn at the SE end of the course. Stage 1: Approx 17:14 minutes (for comparison, the times racers travelled stage 6 were around 14:30)
Stage 2 over the hills was indeed treacherous in our worn down RE92 M+S tires. We were there with the sun full out at around 2:30 and even going slow, I slid off into the gravel twice. I'll post pictures later of the roads, but they were snow covered, and in the shadows, snow over ice. We made it over by going slowly and carefully, emphasis on the slow. There were plenty of hairpins with exposures, so I would guess that going fast and in the dark, someone could have easily gone off... of course, the racers have rally tires, etc. But it was slow going for us. Stage 2: 28:26 minutes
Transited and did stage 1 again using the Jemba notes (R5+ into L2 into crest) and woo-hoo - exciting! Thy navigated and I drove - we shaved 45 seconds off and this was only our first time using them. It was like radar for driving and very intuitive after getting into the rhythm. Knowing there's not a turn after a crest makes all the difference. Stage 1 again: 16:33
Stage 6 on the way back we had an exciting little off-road excursion, skipped our car off a large rock and put a juicy dent in our skidplate (best purchase ever). Got back on the road and finished in about 30 minutes. We could've gotten back on the road in just 3 minutes if we hadn't checked over the car first. Got to appreciate why and when items get into the route instructions. Basically, if it's in there, watch out. Stage 6: 37:44 minutes.
Along the way, we also picked up a few stray start/finish stakes and signs.
After that, we had a family-style Basque dinner in Reno and hauled it back to San Francisco.
We had a great time, everyone. Glad you could all make it out there!

Lucky! I would have liked to have stayed longer and joined you guys, but I had to get back home.
Now that I have some 16" wheels though with decent M+S tires I am down for more dirt rally.
