LOL this page gets funnier and funnier
Don't knock Bob Sapp! He managed to beat Ernesto Hoost before, and anyone that can beat Hoost officially scares me! Of course, Sapp's the same man who cowered in ph3Ar before Remy Bonjasky. But who wouldn't be horrified of that Dutch banker? After watching the K-1 special events of Boxing v. K-1, I really don't think Tyson will do too well against fighters other than Sapp. I have a feeling K-1 regulars like Musashi, Bonjasky, Hoost, etc. will have no problem with him.
BTW, did you guys know that Mark Hunt, K-1 2001 Heavyweight Champion, is following Mirko Crocop and transferring into Pride? This'll be exciting! For those who don't know Hunt, he's a massive Maori from New Zealand who's NEVER been knocked down, let alone knocked out!
And speaking of Crocop, did you see the lucky shot that Randallman got in on him? 1 in a trillion!
BTW, Hash25rs, do you practice American style kickboxing? Just curious
And does anyone know if there any sambo schools in the Bay Area? Sergey Khartanov scares the bejeebers out of me haha.

Muay Thai enthusiasts: Fairtex is having a smoker on Saturday, August 28 at 3pm at their gym on 132 - 140 Hawthorne in San Francisco. I won't be fighting, but I'll probably be there to watch the fights. Free event, BTW. Some of my gym mates will be fighting. It should be pretty good. :banana:

Smoker time again! Culled from Fight and Fitness's website (yep, that's my gym
)
Fight and Fitness Smoker, September 25th
Our Smoker is tentatively scheduled for September 25th. It is possible that the date will be pushed up a week, depending on construction. We will update you in a week, so you have plenty of time to prepare. Once again we will have a free BBQ directly following the fights. Weigh-ins are at 10:00am and fights start sharply at 12:30pm. If you are planning on participating—please let Bunkerd know so he can help you prepare. Also, it is highly recommended that you add running on to your training regiment. This helps with your stamina and we promise you will feel a difference!!

Anyone get to see the last UFC? It was pretty awesome and most fights ended the way I like. With knockouts, not tapouts.
Matt Lindland got knocked the F a Nor Cal guy. Vernon Tiger white got knocked the F out by the Ice Man. Justin Eilers knocked the F out of Mike Kyle from San Jose. And the Belfort/Couture was a sleeper.

Man, I'm so behind on UFC, I've been mainly following Pride and K-1. It's actually easier for me to get my hands on these two leagues believe it or not
BTW, I saw a few King of the Cage matches and they were NOT impressive at all. Don't waste your time and money on them

I also like Pride more than UFC. Pride seems to get much better fighters and much better matchups then the other 2.

You know, its amazingly funny to gaze back to the begining origins of ********'s infamous post on i-club, to the present iconic verbatim we Subaru drivers use as jargon.
