Hmmmm, Daniel doing Wing Chun... that's GOTTA be weird looking as hell If he did Bat Ji Kuen (Eight Extremities Fist) or Chut Seung Kuen (Seven Injuries Fist) it'd make much more sense LOL.
As an aside, I was thinking of taking Hung Gar at YC Wong Kung Fu, but poor man didn't seem to have his heart in it anymore at 75 years of age. It is impressive that he's 3rd generation to-dai of the legendary hero Wong Fei Hung though!

woo hoo another mma thread!!!
been fighting for 13 years. background includes ****aru, vale tudo, american kickboxing, wing chung, muay thai and brazilian jiu-jitsu. was training at fairtex for the past some years but they moved so now i'm not really traing and training at the house of gracie, due to the mass hours at work i don't reaaly have time to train much.
i actually want to go check out bunkards sessions. hey good luck with your training choku.

BTW, I'm sure many of you have seen those flyers for "Dr. Zee Lo's Jeet Kune Do" and stuff. Does anyone know whether he's the real deal or (as I think) a complete load of BS? Seems like a lot of FOB kids and ABC types look up to him, or at least that's the image he's trying to project

Oh man, my back is HURTING after Muay Thai last night
And if everyone didn't know, there's gonna be an MTV Real Life special "I'm a Muay Thai Fighter" about a pair of guys who go to Thailand to train and fight. It's on Thursday at 10PM IIRC. Like most MTV shows, it'll probably be lousy, or if we're lucky, surprisingly decent. I mean hey, the only reason I watched Real World: San Diego was to see OG classmate Jamie Chung get st00pid with a buncha outta-towners
One last thing: everybody go see the Thai movie "Ong-Bak"... you will NOT regret it. Think ol' skoo' Jackie Chan stunts (no wire fu here sir!) but with an older form of Muay Thai instead of kung fu!

hahaha, OLMEK, sheesh. I don't think i was licking his *****, just saying he probably has more experience with fighting than me - most of you guys do - luckily most of you are pint-sized little asian dudes, so i could potentially use my big dumb hull to somehow pummel my way to victory, lazy hulk on vicodin style - but i wouldnt bet on it. But c'mon, you were seriously trying to schedule a fight with a real guy on AN IMPREZA FORUM because he insulted you? I'm sorry, I think thats funny and charmingly juvenile, and it reminded everyone that even though you talk like a robotic Ayn Rand trying way too hard to impress Kurt Vonnegut's thesaurus - you're still a hot-headed idiot like the rest of us.
