He was the demo'er (?) I've always thought Chi arts were BS; but Eric's got some pretty crazy skills. It's creepy, if he was 6'7 and 300lbs I wouldn't be surprised at the handprint. But Eric is maybe 5'3" and 140lbs

There's a lot of internal art involved in the external arts if you do it correctly. Chen-style Tai Chi helped me improve my striking power for Muay Thai, so I'm a believer in the internal styles (though they're a lot harder to use effectively).
