BAIC Martial Arts Peeps.... Ronin BJJ Academy. Pro/Cons?

While I was in San Bruno today I saw this studio on San Mateo Ave. Pricing is pretty low from what I've seen ( $120/ month, or $240/ 3 months ) and the owner seems pretty cool. They even had two little 8 year olds doing kimuras on each other!

Any pros/cons to this studio? Anything I need to know? Any better studios for the same price? I dont wanna shell out $200/month at Charles Gracie.....

Nathan Snukst runs the place. He's a bit of a controversial figure in BJJ as he can't prove his lineage or his fight records.
When he first opened the place, he and Cahill up the street got into a bit of a fight at City Hall regarding zoning laws and grappling schools.

Jake Shields is really talented and has a gym in Berkeley.

I have a friend that has received his purple belt (so far) in jiu jitsu from Jake Shields, and he loves it.

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu > Gracie Jiu Jitsu

I took both and the 10th Planet system is superior IMO.

Edie Bravo has the best BJJ school around, but I'm not sure if there are any locations up here. Just know of the one in LA
