I think Hayne has potential, but deff needs more practice. Some of his rugby highlights were pretty cool.
Would be awesome to get a punt returner like this

They didn't want to cut him and have another team claim him, so they put him on injured reserve. And in order for teams to not abuse the IR policy, NFL states that players on IR cannot play until somewhere near the middle of the season. It's to prevent teams from keeping players instead of cutting them, when they have to trim the roster down.

Good game to start the season. Definitely some things to work on/look out for going forward but getting that first W was nice. More positives than negatives for sure.
The black uniforms were an abomination. Absolutely awful. I hope we don't have to put up with them again this season. Ugh.

I think the Black Uniforms need Gold Trim around the Red. I agree with what the announcers were saying with it being difficult to read the numbers from a distance.

"5. Most of the football-loving world has seen Carlos Hyde's beautiful spin move for a touchdown by now. What we found most interesting about the play is that Hyde showed an impressive display of burst, climbing from 3.5 mph on the spin to a top-end speed of 18.9 mph as he jetted across the field to the left pylon. Hyde covered 47 yards for a 10-yard gain."
47 yards for a 10-yard gain ... those sound like some Barry Sanders type numbers.

I really liked the black uniforms as well. Agreed gold trim would be sweet.
They were a little odd with the classic gold helmets, it's a shame they aren't allowed to make many changes to them.
More excited for Sunday, I didn't realize Bell and Bryant were still out
