That's what I was saying...I don't think jail is his real worry.
Let me know if you still have that and I'll take it. I have the RH one and need a LH for the rifle. I think I'll have to try different screws so I can remove it easily too - sticks out far enough that my shotgun doesn't fit in the soft case with it on.

wait this is the RH side mount I am right handed and need the flash light on the left side.

lol, no worries. Yeah, I knew what you were saying. I have the opposite one (RH), the one you are talking about, but I could have used this one too
I can use this one to flip the light to the bottom instead of the top on the left on the rifle. I'll order one.

does anyone have any good recommendations for gunsmiths in the bay area (east bay preferred).
the last guy I went too did a hack job and way over charged. BAF Specialties in vacaville if anyone was curious.. don't go there.
I have a shotgun in need fitted and some other gun related items.
thanks in advance.

Yeah, Bob I believe is his name. Very nice guy.
In Hayward, probably one of the best guys around here is John Jardine, though I'm not sure he does anything other than 1911s. You might check with him and see if he can recommend someone for what you need in the area.

Had to find a mag release tool that wouldn't damage the lever.

I found that a .223 fit perfectly, but couldn't find any of the plastic snap caps locally and don't want to use live or the aluminum ones. These work LOL

For a sport shotgun fitting, I'd consider Kerley's in Cupertino
